1.2   What does LaptopsIntoCash buy?

Currently we purchase exclusively laptops listed in our online estimator (mostly manufactured in 2002 and later). If your laptop is not listed you can submit a request with detailed information (brand, model, year manufactured and condition) to the best of your knowledge through our Contact Us form and we’ll reply with an offer as soon as possible.

1.3   Do you work with private individuals or companies?

Most of our customers are private individuals, who need to sell a laptop that they do not use any longer or that they do not want to invest into (repair is too expensive). However we welcome any businesses that need to sell larger quantities of laptops. If you represent a business, please, submit a request with details through our Contact Us form and we’ll reply with an offer as soon as possible.

1.4   How does it work?

You receive an instant quote through on-line estimator. After completing all the steps you will receive cash offer. If you accept the offer you can fill out one simple form – Name, Mailing address and E-mail. We will mail you a box with a pre-paid return label and instructions. The shipping is free for you we are paying for everything. All you need to do is pack the laptop following the instructions and drop the box off at the nearest FedEx pickup location. We recommend you to drop off the package within 7 days otherwise the return shipping label may be cancelled. As soon as we receive the laptop we send you a check for the amount quoted using the name and address submitted with the quote.

2.1   Are There Any Hidden Costs?

Customers pay nothing . LaptopsIntoCash provides protective packaging and pays for shipping both ways. The whole process is ABSOLUTELY FREE for the customers.

3.1   When Do I Get Paid?

From the moment customer submits a quote it takes 24 hours to process it and send out the box for the laptop. It takes approximately 5 business days for the package to arrive (empty box from us to customer and box with laptop from customer to us), so it is important that the customer sends out the box as soon as possible. Once the laptop is delivered to us we check the accuracy of the information provided in the quote and send out the check within 24 hours (or the next business day if weekend or holiday). From that point it takes 2-5days for the check to be delivered to the customer.
So, in general, it takes 2-3 weeks from the moment customer submits a quote to the moment customers receives a check that is ready to be cashed immediately.

3.3   What is OVERNIGHT THE CHECK option?

We offer you an option to overnight your check. Inside the protective packaging that we send to you there will be a short form that you need to sign and include with your laptop in order to get your check mailed to you with overnight postal services. Should you take advantage of this option, $10 will be deducted from the final quote amount. (check still will be mailed to you within 24 hours of your laptop’s arrival at our location).

4.1   Should I delete sensitive information that I have on my hard drive?

ANY information you have stored on the Hard Disk Drive of the laptop that you send to us is IMMEDIATELY deleted. We format every hard drive when laptop is processed. You don’t have to worry about erasing any sensitive information: we will do it as soon as we receive your laptop.

4.2   What happens with the personal information that I enter when I submit my quote?

LaptopsIntoCash respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.
Our website is structured so that, in general, you can visit LaptopsIntoCash on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.
However, when you submit a quote and request packaging for your laptop to be sent out to you, you must provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, address and e-mail) that is necessary for the successful processing of your order. The personal information you provide is used solely for the purpose of completing your order (send protective packaging, creating shipping labels and sending a check).
